Nancy Haney, Attorney Graduated with Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University in 1990. Received B.B.A. from the University of North Texas in 1985. Nancy has been owner/president of Haney & Associates, P.C. since 1990. Concentrated areas of practice include: estate planning, corporations and partnerships, business and commercial transactions, sale/purchase of businesses, and real estate. Nancy is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Mary Eads, Attorney Graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with her B.A. in 1975; she also graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University with her J.D. in 1979. Mary is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association, where she serves as one of the directors of the Women's Section. She is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. Mary joined Haney & Associates, P.C. in September 2004 and specializes in business transactions and corporate law.

Lara Aman, Attorney Graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Wesleyan University in May 2006 and passed the Texas State Bar examination in July. While in law school, Lara served as the Business Editor for Texas Wesleyan Law Review and the Exchequer for the Elliott Inn of Phi Delta Phi, honors legal fraternity. Lara graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with her BBA in December 2002 and has over five years experience in the banking industry. A resident of Hurst for twenty-two years, Lara joined the firm in August 2005 during her final year of law school.

Sharon Parker, Legal Assistant Earned an Associate of Arts degree from Kilgore College and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, with a B.A. in English and minors in History and Journalism. Sharon joined Haney & Associates, P.C. in February 2005, bringing 8 years of legal firm experience to her position.
